As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive and inspiring candidate experiences. Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting reference calls, and handling other recruitment-related tasks.
• Ensure our commitment to delivering first-class candidate experiences is upheld, handling all interactions with professionalism and care.
• Help develop and maintain organized documentation and process manuals.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment practices and employer brand visibility.

Qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a relevant undergraduate program, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology and Leadership. Preferably on your 3rd or 4th year. 
• Previous experience in similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian, both written and verbal.
