The Hands-On Business Architect will design, implement, and oversee the technology architecture across all business systems in a fast-growing media tech company. This includes managing core platforms (ERP, HRIS, CRM, analytics, etc.) and ensuring scalable, secure integrations aligned with strategic goals.

This role requires both strategic thinking and technical execution—developing architecture blueprints, collaborating across teams, and providing hands-on guidance. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, balancing high-quality, consistent service delivery with the flexibility needed for local market adaptation, all while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Strategy.

Define and maintain an enterprise-wide technology roadmap, aligning business objectives with system capabilities and new initiatives.

Establish architectural principles, standards, and governance to ensure consistency across all platforms and teams.

Systems Ownership & Integration

Oversee the end-to-end architecture for critical business systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, content platforms, analytics, etc.).

Evaluate and implement integration patterns, middleware solutions, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow between internal and external systems.

Hands-On Technical Leadership

Serve as the technical authority, providing direct input on system configurations, data modeling, automation, and infrastructure decisions.

Perform reviews, set best practices, and troubleshoot complex system or data issues when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Product, Operations, Finance, and HR teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and architectural solutions.

Partner with stakeholders to assess new technology opportunities—conducting feasibility studies, pilots, and proofs of concept.

Risk Management & Compliance

Ensure that all systems and data handling processes comply with relevant regulations.

Implement robust security frameworks to protect intellectual property, user data, and core infrastructure from potential threats.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 6+ years in software architecture or solutions architecture
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Demonstrated success driving transformation initiatives in technology, broadcasting, or digital content industries
• Proven track record of designing and deploying integrated systems such as ERP, CRM, data warehouses, or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL pipelines, data lake architectures, and modern analytics frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
