Sales Manager - Brazil

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Brazil, taking over an established role with responsibility for growing and maintaining our business in the region. You’ll work closely with regional leadership to develop and execute sales strategies, secure new projects, and deliver on revenue goals.
You will engage directly with Tier 1 network providers, broadcast operators, telcos, and content owners to deliver complex solutions for large-scale projects across live professional video delivery and primary distribution. The role includes international travel and calls for a consultative approach to ensure our solutions meet customers’ needs from concept to delivery.
Candidate profile
You’re a commercially driven sales professional with strong market knowledge and a proven track record of senior-level engagements. You’re comfortable managing the entire sales process, from initial discussions through to successful delivery. You build lasting relationships as a trusted advisor and have a service-minded approach to understanding your customers’ needs.
Key qualifications
- 6+ years of business development or sales executive experience with proven results
- Strong industry network and established relationships with key stakeholders
- Enterprise sales experience in video compression, contribution, live production, OTT, or signal transport
- Solid understanding of live video workflows for media and broadcast, including live linear channels, live event contribution, and OTT delivery
- Confident in engaging with C-level clients in technical and commercial discussions
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish
Main responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual revenue targets aligned with global objectives
- Work with the regional head to define and execute sales strategy
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Identify and pursue new clients and opportunities, mapping organisations and key influencers
- Develop trusted-advisor relationships with key customers and partners
- Collaborate with Technical Sales to deliver tailored materials and proposals
- Prepare sales reports and accurate revenue forecasts, highlighting areas for improvement
- Work cross-functionally to address customer needs, from product development to portal enhancements
- Represent Appear at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- Be available to travel as needed
