Are you our new IT Operations Engineer?

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Engineer to join our expanding IT Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure while working closely with R&D, DevOps, and other key business units. Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Cisco switches, firewalls, and VPNs to maintain high security and performance
• Ensure network availability and optimization, identifying and troubleshooting issues proactively
• Administer Hybrid Active Directory, managing users and group policies efficiently
• Support Azure cloud services, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
• Oversee Windows and Linux server environments, including virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage solutions
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies, conducting periodic recovery tests
• Provide expert-level support for Windows, Linux, and Mac environments
• Assist remote teams and branch offices with technical support
• Maintain and optimize IT monitoring tools to ensure system stability
• Work with ITSM platforms for incident management, service requests, and change control
• Assist engineering teams with infrastructure needs, CI/CD pipelines, and system integrations
• Provide support for business-critical applications and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Operations
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, including Cisco switches, firewalls, VPNs, and network security
• Strong knowledge of Hybrid Active Directory and identity management
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
• Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization, and storage solutions
• Familiarity with client operating systems (Windows, Linux, Mac)
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning
• Knowledge of IT monitoring tools and ITSM platforms
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Azure Administrator, ITIL) are desirable
