As a part of our scale up process, we are looking for a skilled and experienced FPGA developer to join one our FPGA teams. Together with other talented FPGA developers, you'll be a part of one of Norway's largest FPGA communities.

Candidate profile
As a Senior FPGA Developer, you will play a vital role in developing product features that shape the way our users do their work. You’re a team player and love working in a small agile team where decisions are made using a bottom-up approach. We believe the people best equipped to solve a specific problem are the same people working hands-on with that very challenge every day.

You have a positive attitude and an eagerness to work with a highly skilled and experienced team. You show leadership through sharing your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in electronic system design or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience as a FPGA developer
• In-depth knowledge of VHDL
• You put strong emphasis on best practice design and self-checking verification techniques
• Experience with high-speed packet processing and networking protocols is advantageous

• Mentoring other team members
• Review code written by teammates. Constructively, advocating for best practices and company standards
• Collaborate with other parts of the organization to ensure high quality technical solutions in new products
